About Josh
Josh is a London-based screenwriter with a background in
journalism.
He worked as a freelance writer on the Israel-Palestine
conflict, writing regularly for such publications as The
Guardian, The Jewish Chronicle, The Evening Standard,
Ha'aretz and The Independent.
His first book, 'Forty Years in the Wilderness: Israel's
West Bank Settlements', was published by Five Leaves in
March 2010.
Josh now focuses primarily on screenwriting. His first sitcom,
THE RUNNER, was commissioned by BBC Comedy in 2008 and developed
for BBC 3.
As well as developing TV sitcom ideas, Josh is currently working
on feature film projects BREAKING BOLLYWOOD, a comedy drama with Parkville Pictures, and CROSSING THE LINE, a
true story from Israel and Palestine, with Viva Films.

KEEPING KOSHER is a coming-of-age comedy drama. It's about Jews.
It's about family. And it's about discovering one's identity in the
early days of multicultural Britain... But mostly it's about
Jews.
